Ambiance was nice. Cooling, pool area well maintained only that not stroller friendly for babies, its far down due to land level if highland. But it was ok. Complimentary coffee at the lobby

Great location if you're planning to take the cable car up to Genting. Ample room space if you're going with your family. The front desk staff Misha was very friendly, professional and accommodative. Will definitely visit again!

It is located in close proximity to amenities (food, convenience store, etc) but still nestled within the tranquility of nature. The room is clean and spacious, it has hot water, enough pillows, iron, aircond and also ceiling fans. The guards and receptionist are nice. Easy check in and out with free parking. Simple ala carte breakfast is available at the cafe with reasonable price.

I like this place.. strategic place.. I happened to come, rainy day.. cold weather.. there is a cafe inside the hotel area.. go out and just a few minutes there are many restaurants and grocery stores also 7e. easy to find.. the place is quite quiet supposed to be.. and the swimming pool is also interesting. I came with my husband and 2 children. and the staff is very friendly and very helpful. and there is a staff named zarina she is very polite and sweet.. definitly I will come back

Received in advance the instructions on how to get there, and it was quite easy/straightforward. Easy check in procedure as well, with a good service from the staff at the reception. Room was clean and spacious, and the daily housekeeping was good. Provided drinking water on a daily basis Parking available on-site.

I had booked a superior double bedroom with a balcony for three nights. The room had a bunk bed and a huge TV with an internet connection, that my 6 year old daughter loved. The room was kid friendly with a nicely done up bunk bed ( huge Disney character pillows/bedsheet/blanket ) and a play mat big enough for my two kids The balcony looked over the swimming pool and the hills. Good spot to have your morning tea The Garden Cafe at the hotel was a beautiful place to have breakfast and has swings/ small fish filled pond/greenery The staff at the cafe understood English and took very good care of our food requests ( breakfast and dinner)

The resort was somehow underrated by most. Me and my family had a great stay here; started from the clean room with best view up to the staff excellent services. The facilities were complete with gym, pool, bicycles for rent, cafe, hall and the staff Shima even brought us all to promote the penthouse. We will definitely come again soon.

Stayed a night at Superior Twin Room. Room space is big enough, equipped with 2 super single bed. The cleanliness is good. The staffs also friendly and willing to help. We had problem with the room door which is cannot lock. We raised this issue to the staff and they are able to address the issue with the room door, resolving it promptly. The location is away from noise, although it requires a bit of extra driving after passing the Petron petrol station.
